Reflection: this means that when your about to do something for example when your cleaning you dont have to whine just do it and it will be better then whining. and another thing dont complain what ever your doing. and another thing dont make excuses cause thats a bad idea for example if you have a girlfriend and you make excuses she will maybe get tired of you jst tell her the true dont make excuses.
