REFLECTION: well this means that no matter what your thinking in the field or court or where ver you are but just thing whats going to happen that moment. dont think your going to win or lose because you have a good team or squat or the other team has a  better players just thing about what your going to do that moment and just focus with your team give your full attention because if you dont something bad will happen!!
